My art trade for club 
Yay! It looks like I'm the first one to post mine to the folder, despite being worried that I wouldn't have enough time to get it done before the weekend. *looks at the deadline* Whhhhhattt?! It's May 30th?! Oh well. Early start. XD
This is Syrrhaal's character, August. That's so cool because I have a character named August too.
This is my first real attempt at Art Nouveau since that was the style for this trade. I tried to incorporate a couple things from August's story, especially that his rare blood is hunted after.
I designed the background on my own, which turned out to be quite fun! I haven't actually pulled out a traditional ruler and circle maker in a LONG time! Everything was drawn with a mechanical pencil, scanned and cleaned up in SAI, colored in Photoshop.
Cheer up btw! Don't let my drawing time go in vain. The first person I traded with in MindXchange left DA and never came back to DA to see the drawing. *sadface* Whatever you're going through, fight through it, hon. Downtimes suck, but they don't last forever if you're determined to find the light.
