Attacks: This young lady's specialty is the ability manipulate
the electrons in the atmosphere around her. This allows her to
use electricity and lightning as her weapon for both defense and
offense. Besides using the traditional art of Bushin no Jutsu,
her copies are glowing copied forms of electricity. These forms
operate the same way the traditional method does, but adds a
more menacing appearance.

Only during electrical storms is she is able to control the
powerful force lightning for her benefit. She cannot create the
lightning in the sky, but can only redirect it.

Weaponry: When fighting hand to hand, she uses kunai bent in the
shape of a crude lightning bolt. Even then, she rarely fights
using her actual hands, but rather controls the weapon's
trajectory with electrically charged chakra strings.

History: Akiko was an only child raised in the country of
Lightning by both her parents. Unlike some of her peers, her
parents made sure she had a good, stable home despite the many
wars that raged around them. During the wars, her parents worked
as medical personnel, being ready to help anyone who needed care.
Though her parents were pacifists and worked to heal fellow
ninja, they were not without the ability to fight. Both of her
parents were strong in the ability to manipulate any electrical
force. Their destructive abilities were much to be feared. During
times of peace, Akiko's father and mother worked on a way to use
his electrical abilities to benefit medical advancement. Their
tries ended when one particular war killed both her parents while
Akiko was away at school preparing to become a ninja. Ever since
then, Akiko made it her goal to continue in her parents footsteps
and is training to become a medical worker and to find a way to
make her father's dream come true: using electricity to cure
people. To her peers, she seems strange and distant, only
interested in her business. However, when they need her, she is
there to help in any way.

Any other information: Like her parents, Akiko's body is covered
in bandages from lightning burns. Though her family can control
the direction of the powerful force, it comes with a price.
